We love wedding cakes, but whatever the occasion, from a small gift or family celebration to a corporate event we can make just the cake or gateau that you want. We'll do this using only the best ingredients - chocolate ganache made with Belgian chocolate, vanilla sponges with raspberry jam & butter cream (made using only best butter & icing sugar), Fruit cakes containing Brandy or spirit of your choice & gateaux made with double cream & liquors.

Tony enjoys well over 30 years experience within the 'sweetly rewarding' world of cake making and decorating. He worked as patissier in top local restaurants and was the proprietor of Hammersleys Bakery (Tunstall) for over 20 years. In the past Tony has, created all manner of celebration cakes, including a 9 tier Wedding cake which was displayed at a bridal fayre at the Kings Hall Stoke, also a bizarre cake, one (involving a wealth of gruesome details) for fans of the 'Rocky Horror Show', when it was a regular fixture at Hanleys old Theatre Royal.
