At Baking Memories we believe every customer is special and every cake is individual. Based in Hampshire, we offer a friendly professional service specialising in bespoke cakes for weddings and celebrations.
Handmade chocolates, chocolate cakes, cookies, petit fours and favours are also our speciality.
All cakes are designed, baked and decorated by hand to your specific requirements. We use the finest ingredients and where possible local produce is obtained. We always use free range eggs sourced from local farms and the highest quality Belgian chocolate for all our chocolate work.
Your wedding cake will a large focus at your wedding reception and will feature heavily in wedding photographs for many years to come. Choosing your wedding cake can be just as important as choosing your dress and venue.

In an initial no obligation consultation we will explore the whole array of options available to you, from traditional tiered designs, contemporary equivalents, individual and cupcake arrangements or completely bespoke creations.
Your cake will be original to you. The quality and originality of our cakes doesn't just extend to the external appearance. We are able to accommodate most cake varieties and fillings, whether plain or naturally flavoured sponge, chocolate, fruit or your own special request or recipe (see the guide to our cake varieties).
